What is a concession?

Port of Antwerp-Bruges is a landlord port and grants concessions. That means that the port authority owns or manages the land and gives it to companies for temporary use. If you want to invest or carry out an industrial activity in the port area, you need to take an available site under concession. When the Port Authority wishes to grant a site in concession, a call for tenders will be organised.
