Do you want to organise an event in the port area in Antwerp or Zeebrugge? It's possible! Some events, for example events with commercial income, are subject to the tariff regulation in Antwerp.

Your event request should include at least:

  • the date
  • the exact location(s)
  • the type of event
  • the program of the event

 

When you organise an event on your own concession, you also need to communicate this.

If you want to organise an event on Zaha Hadid Square, submit an application through the City of Antwerp's events desk. This square is managed by the city of Antwerp.
