As the activities of Zeebrugge and Antwerp are complementary to one another, we will be able to do more and do it better. Extensive collaboration makes the unified port more resilient and competitive in attracting investment, strengthens employment and contributes to both its national and international positioning.
Port of Antwerp-Bruges will create added value for the environment in Antwerp and Zeebrugge, for customers and stakeholders, but also for the rest of Flanders. As part of a joint plan, the city shareholders have defined three strategic priorities – sustainable growth, resilience and leadership in the energy and digital transition.
