Port vehicles are vehicles intended for the handling and transportation of goods and are only used inside the port area. If they want to use the public road in the port, they must comply with a specific regulation: the Port Traffic Regulation.

Whenever an inspection is to be performed by an inspection body located outside the port area, you must submit an application to portvehicles@portofantwerpbruges.com in order to be permitted to use the vehicle to travel outside the port area (only applies to port vehicles belonging to category A4 - B4). Please use the application form below for that purpose.

4. Information about the relocation and operational transportation of port vehicles

4.1 Application for Relocation and operational transportation

To apply for a route permit, submit the application via my.portofantwerpbruges.com. Here you log in or register the company, after which you will gain access to the login environment and the Route Permits application.

4.2 Listing of structures or roads with limited increased load-bearing capacity
