Pre-notification of seagoing ship

As a shipping company or shipping agent, you are legally obliged to pass on the correct information about a seagoing vessel that will enter or leave the port to the Harbour Master's Office in a timely manner. You can do that easily and quickly via the seagoing vessel pre-notification.

How does it work?

After registration, shipping agents or shipping companies enter the following data electronically:

  • Port of arrival
  • Ship's name
  • Shipping company
  • Previous and next port
  • Crew
  • Berth or passage
  • Any specifics

After sending this pre-notification, you receive a stay number from the Harbour Master's Office. You use this number for all further notifications during the ship's visit.

On departure, you submit a request for departure. This must contain all details relating to the last berth within the port area.

Firms that do not yet transmit data or mandatory declarations electronically can depend on Port+ as a reliable, professional and neutral partner.

What are the benefits?

  • Simple and faster
  • Reliable
  • Better service provision
