How do I apply for a permit for harbour tours in Antwerp?

To take a tour or boat trip in the port area, the vessel must have a permit from the Port Authority. Only licensed vessels are allowed to take a boat trip. Ships that simply want to transit the port of Antwerp do not need a permit. Below you can find the application form for a permit.
